    I work a sedentary job and lately it's been kicking my ass. So I'm trying to stand up for 60 seconds evry 15 minutes and focus my eyes on the most far-away thing I can see. It's really kind of helped a little sort of!

    I'm followed by like 60 people and half of them are bots (and the other half have me muted) I'll be fine.

    I don't know who needs to hear this, but Twitter is not a safe place to post every unpolished intrusive thought that crosses you mind. Before you hit send, ask yourself "Would I be comfortable screaming this onstage to millions of people who are all filming this for posterity?"

    you want people back in offices, kids back in school buildings? fine sure ok. get them vaccinated. make vaccination mandatory. but also: get your HVAC standards in order, create plans and protocols for how to upgrade old ass buildings, esp public schools.
