Icon designers deserve more credit in this world.

Case in point: my tweet defending @kenichi currently has more likes than his tweet designing @playdate. This is a travesty.
But that's because I'm one of maybe 3 people left in the world who care about icon design as a medium.

It’s almost as if colorful, realistic, well-designed objects are superior to hairline-stroked, bizarre abstractions of those objects. Who knew!
