So I went to your site a while ago but I didnt found an answer. Maybe someone can help me out: Could I technically put the output cable of my GPU in the elgato input and the elgato output on my monitor? And use it to lighten the burden on my PC while streaming?

4K60 Pro/MK.2 do not have built in encoders so doing this method of capture would result in similar performance to display recording. For PC capture, dual PC with 4K60 Pro is where you’d see the benefits you’re looking for.
