Hello. If you are writing a document for mass distribution, please keep in mind one thing: Do not write as "he" or "she". It is "them", "they", "the user", "the customer", "the fandangled banana". The more I backspace "he" or "she", the angrier I get. Thank you.

It's not only about words. It's how our slavic brains are wired. Slavic languages are much more gendered than English and it's significantly harder for us to write anything in gender neutral way. Neurobiology works against us here

Also, plural they can be gendered too in Polish;) oni would be all male or mixed genders but one would be all female

Romance languages are super gendered as well, but if memory serves there should be nautral tenses for... Most words.

All the languages coming from Latin are very "precise" when it comes to gender, if it's not the noun, could be the article or the verb conjugation.
For example, in Italian, usually the neutral form of a noun is conjugated as masculine
