lol @ paramore getting all this nonsense, unnecessary bad press about miz biz. they apparently can’t win. if they feel more comfortable taking the song out of their setlist because they don’t relate to it anymore: fine?

they’ve spent about EIGHT YEARS using miz biz as a way to include fans in the live shows and give them the spotlight. hayley has avoided singing parts of the lyrics that now seem a bit dated. she even started making apology speeches before playing it as of late!!!

i think all the articles should focus on what misery business became and celebrate that, rather than acting as if they owe their audiences anything by having to play it ? and cheers to paramore for retiring the song/dealing with this so gracefully

I’ve been seeing those same articles circling around too. Instead of them talking about Miz Biz, they should be writing about the fact that Paramore had their own successful mini festival to commentate AL. An album that’s continues to be relevant considering mental health.

I swear, just a couple months back I saw an article bashing Paramore for the “once a whore” line in miz biz, & HERE WE ARE now the press is COMPLAINING b/c they’re trying to do what they feel is right. Paramore is an inspiration, they’re missing the point. -
so, shame on the press. Paramore is going to keep inspiring their fan base, and keep rocking on.

not mention if they just didn't say anything, ppl would have flipped out the first time it wasn't in the set. remember when they played it 2nd with no fan on stage in like, 2013 and the fandom had a total meltdown? yikes.
