What are people's favorite tools today for distributed teams?
Am working on a blog about distributed or remote teams, when to start them, the trade offs in doing so, and the simple tools and processes you need to adopt.
Would love any thoughts from the Twitterverse!

@twistappteam instead of Slack (more organized threads) -@whereby video -@gsuite, Docs, Drive -@trello boards Moving from Slack to Twist was the best productivity move for us. It feels more designed for collaboration and a-synchronous communication. -

- WhatsApp great to create a sense of “neighbors” but best if used for small groups (1 squad vs company) - Slack “task” channels. 1 thing lost in remote is “how does remote person get x done” -> create a channel per task - Docs (moderated debate) - Loom (Broadcast and training)
