Hmm I can’t use music or food to cope with some recent personal bullshit. Exercise, chopping my hair off, and loading up my home with other peoples’ pets didn’t work either. Suggestions go.
Here’s a few that helped me while in a funk: Journaling, meditation, beach day and a weekend road trip with no destination. Get a motorcycle, it’s great therapy. ;)
