Honestly, the reason they're both listed as URLs for the FSF seems like incompetence more than anything. That's just a bad email signature.

On the same page, up above, it draws a clear distinction between the two: "Sponsored by the Free Software Foundation" This is someone who is bad at communicating communicating badly. I mean - one is an OS and the other is a group. They're obviously not the same.
