Wonderful!!!! There are so many people effected in a negative manner with the death penalty. There are others ways to obtain justice and healing for both parties.

Alaska has never had it as a State. It abolished it in 1957, 2 years before it became a state.

If they would execute people quicker and stop paying for death row inmates for 30 years just think how empty the prisons would be.
