To be very clear, it’s probably going to take a few weeks or months before the essay comes out. I’m currently testing these ideas out in practice, and application takes time.

Totally, and the same can be said about a lot of other skill sets necessary to building resilient, scalable organizations.
For example, a good degree of systems thinking is far from a given, and I would argue a lot more essential than many realize.
