One of the trickier things about writing from practice is that practice (and this includes both successful and unsuccessful application) often takes months.

Yeah. But then you drop some epic bomb. "So I've practice x for 6-9 months now, and this is what I've learnt."
And it's soooooo much better than everything else out there.

When I started writing publicly, it was from an analytical lens without any skin in the game. Recently, I have pivoted to writing from the operators view.
Gathering feedback from active practice in day to day work.
And, it’s painful and slow but super insightful in the end.
