In your research on tacit knowledge and CTA have your run across the Dreyfus expertise model? Are they compatible?

The Dreyfus expertise model is very old, and while good, not universally applicable. It’s usually used as one of four different ways to identify expertise (as summarised in Accelerated Expertise; identifying experts is really important for good CTA!)
