General Magic is one of the cases we covered as part of the Commoncog Case Library beta, but I must say, I highly highly recommend the documentary.
(It’s also, incidentally, the only case we covered where they failed. More failed cases would be nice!)

The other major source, which I haven’t finished, is Tony Fadell’s Build. Though the anecdotes there are interspersed by his lessons learnt, which may or may not be as useful.
