Fridman asks: “what makes you successful?”
Danaher answers: “in a highly developed world, the key to success is to identify some area in your industry that is currently undervalued.”

Of course, Danaher’s version of this is in Brazilian Jujitsu, where he took leg locks and developed them to a point where a fighter could use them with full control. (Leg locks, as originally developed, were seen as dangerous, uncontrollable techniques.)
So his students won.
