How do we help bridge this gap for our students? We want them to build lifelong learning skills, but really the “school/test” learning tactics aren’t that useful for learning @ work

In my experience during my Masters my best grades were in oral exams or exams with projects as an exam. Worst were the standard written ones. My belief is that projects allow to dive narrow and deep and learn on your own at your own speed instead of learning everything at one go
