Don't need to know who Q is, but tell me this - are you questioning any management principles / lessons that they profess, based on their reduced believability?

Not really, as it turns out. Most of my management practice comes from High Output Management. I realised I hadn’t really been using Q’s ideas, despite being a fan and a reader for years.

Same for me btw, most of the powerful lessons I read today were already present in High Output Management
