I find survivorship bias arguments really weird sometimes. “I did such and such and then we succeeded. And then we did it again and succeeded.” “Blah blah survivorship bias.” Really?

Yeah... but... twitter.com/benchmann42/st in the original thread nails it. It's not survivorship bias, but it's a similarly limited view. The apparently true "Apple didn't need Agile in the mid 2000s" and the OP's "none of it matters" are *very* different things...

Try this one :) twitter.com/benchmann42/st And for me it was interesting reading down the original thread because, from my uninformed perspective, a lot of what Apple were doing sounded like Aglie in intent if not in name... frequent reviews, consulting the users, and so on...

Loved your thread for what it worths, but to me there are 2 key differences between Apple and most of the companies which rely on the frameworks and processes you're pointing out
