This was a real good summation of CFT. More accessible to people who will be put off by the name. I am directionally correct to phrase that expertise in any domain is practice of solving ill-structured problems in them? Also why its harder to transfer the knowledge?

Hmm, I'd say that expertise *in ill-structured domains* is by gathering a larger set of fragments, and then building the ability to combine those fragments in useful ways.
