Wow so I don’t think I have long covid, but the slightest dust allergy gives me headaches and puts me out of commission for a day.
Very weird.

Hope it works for you! For years I thought I got sinus infections a lot but it was a dust mite allergy in the end. For me bedding is worst I have antihistamine nasal spray (cheap rx but better than otc Flonase). Only use air purifier when things get bad because mine is loud.
