Wow so I don’t think I have long covid, but the slightest dust allergy gives me headaches and puts me out of commission for a day.

Ouch, hope this improves soon. Yiu can get special pillows etc to reduce dust mites if that has something to do with it

I’m going to give an air purifier a spin first. I guess I’m now turning into one of those old fogies who swears by their air purifier!
