that said… getting the right roles to show your work off is basically the highest order bit for an actor, the way choosing the right company/team to work in is the highest order bit for a marketer, or really for any career

I’ve been making this point for many years now but hm I’ve never specifically dug deeper into it. I think it’s about cultivating your taste as a consumer, being sensitive to product/market fit, and then it’s about the team culture
