Ah, no Twitter card. Essentially it's about many things fail because they don't recognise that you can't actually make plans independently of the specific people who are going to be executing these plans.

There's something I've been noticing over the last few years which is how every time people talk about how everything is collaborative and that individual talent is basically irrelevant because what matters is how you work on a team, I flinch and trust that person slightly less.

I understand the culture they are reacting to, but reliably "Be a team player" style rhetoric gets repurposed into "Individuals don't matter. What do you think you are, special?"
