The fact that most knowledge is implicit and currently impossible-to-communicate seems the biggest barrier to education and learning, scaling of companies and faster combinatorial growth!

I don’t think tacit knowledge is impossible to communicate async. We need to lean into ways of communicating that go beyond text.
