This is a really great one and I’m now down a rabbithole or trying to read all the resources you linked to. You allude to this a bit with ‘context’ but curious if you have more thoughts on org design within a broader org that may or may not have a design, is unstructured?

Yeah in this case I do think the broader org is itself the context that you have to shape for.
I couldn't really get into the details in my piece, mostly because I tried to keep it high level, but shaping to fit the power structures of the broader org is a thing.
