thinking strategically and art of strategy are great. not exactly strategy related but i loved the gorilla game. also competition demystified and of course the christensen and helmer books

I concur with the comment that this is the best strategy book (and I’ve read many). Helmer takes potshots at his competition in the intro — and he’s fully justified to do so!
Perhaps my only follow up recommendation is Competing Against Time — Tim Cook’s fave book.

Woot! It’s a bit dry but it’s worth finishing — it is the full treatment of process power that is missing from 7 Powers. Cook used to assign it to subordinates in his time as operations head.

Lean really doesn’t have a discussion about the fun things you can do with pricing when you have process power. 🙃
