I thought I was pretty good at creating training programs.

I think the biggest takeaway I had is that there is a LOT to learn from sport about training.
I don’t mean the sport drills, necessarily. But the way coaches come up with new drills, and the reasoning for them (do they translate to in-game performance?)
There’s so much to this.
