My notetaking hot take is that it’s more useful studying notetaking practices from people who have to do *actual* research than it is to study those who like to play with note apps.

I mean, I find Dan's "what should I invest my research time in" question 100x more valuable and thoughtful and interesting than "ooh, with the graph view I can visualise my notes and DrAw CoNnEcTioNs!!!1!"
Yes, it's equity research, but the approach is worth pondering.
