Cedric: Is extremely into studies showing that people build up all sorts of tacit knowledge in the form of expert intuition that can not be easily made explicit.
Also Cedric: Does not trust his expert intuition about people that he has spent years developing.

The human gut is binary, so sometimes unhelpful. Sometimes I ask myself: what do I know that is bothering me? Try to make it explicit and neutral and useful.
