Who does a brilliant job exploring mental models with a focus on supporting practitioners. Really enjoyed his tacit knowledge series, particularly surrounding the practical challenges of applying deliberate practice.

The mental model fallacy is that it’s worth it to read descriptions of mental models, written and aggregated by non-practitioners, in the pursuit of self-improvement and success. It isn't.

(Possibly) all the more reason to be involved. It may be naive to think, but I imagine that productive and good faith dissent/disagreement could only strengthen the result. Though development would take longer.
