1/ Let's talk a little about how people learn in the real world. No, I'm not going to talk about classroom instruction, or pedagogical development, or enrolling in a cohort based course. None of that. Just a simple question: how do people ACTUALLY learn from doing?

Forgive me if I'm jumping in the middle and and someone already said this. We "learn" everytime we do something. We apply a working model to a task, problem or goal, which structures an action. when things don't "fit" perfectly. we change our theory.

i was thinking of something less conscious. We are constantly engaged in an activity-based dialogue with our environment, which is always revising our mental models of the same.
