Interesting, I’ve had two people tell me that commoncog.com/blog/john-cutl was useful as a source for sales questions/techniques (especially when selling to enterprise product teams).

I’m not sure I can vouch for this, given that ’s expertise is really with diagnosing and helping product teams fix their problems, but I can see how it might help.
Reason for my conservatism? Expertise tends to be pretty context specific.
