Brian's essay explains to me why some people who do VERY well in school absolutely suck at business. Business is very much a messy, 'loose feedback loop' domain.

I *definitely* felt that transition from high school to college. Going from an environment of tight, correct feedback to an environment of loose, noisy feedback was a real struggle
