I’m an unabashed Dalio fan, and even I can say that @tomowenmorgan’s take on Dalio’s management techniques is fair and good and strikes me as something close to the truth.

I particularly enjoyed his framing of the Dot Collector app (and its attendant management style) as ‘Social-Awkwardness-as-a-Service’!
I think one good way to think about Bridgewater is that it shows us a workable but extreme point in the org design space.
