U.S. announcers talked a lot over the last ~15km about the lack of team radio in the Olympics vs. the pro tour. They expected the Dutch to chase Kiesenhofer, then surmised that the Dutch didn't know she was out ahead. And her race plan (inadvertently?) took full advantage.
