Yes! This is essentially counter positioning against traditional PE. Why fight over big deals when you can crush smaller players at tiny deal sizes, but at scale? How did you come across this info, btw? Leonard doesn't seem to write about org design in his letters.

He does write about it in some of his letters and also you can find it in various podcasts and looking at Constellation software employees They do still fight over the big deals btw Just also have the flexibility to do small ones, anything that fits the hurdle rate
