Nice work! These techniques are what we use in analyzing incidents, with responders and other subject matter experts. CTA is both invaluable and virtually unknown in the tech industry - hopefully not for long! 😀

To be more precise, we used ACTA, which was originally developed for domain practitioners to extract expertise from each other. (And is intended to be easier to use, even if not as powerful)
