I’m really surprised and excited by this. The short of it: we used Applied Cognitive Task Analysis and extracted a small chunk of tacit expertise from John’s head. It works, it really does! The ACTA technique summarised: commoncog.com/blog/an-easier

my sincerest thank you to @ejames_c for a long time I've felt a big tension between "simple frameworks" (that get everyone excited) and the beautiful mess, where tacit knowledge and experience reign Cedric shared some techniques that made me realize this is not a trade-off.
