And then after Googling a bit, she said "ok he seems like a total theorist, not a real practitioner." Which, if you know anything about me, probably ranks in the top 🔥 possible.

I don't think most of the "architecture community" 's work is very good either. They're too busy impressing each other to build buildings that are actually good for humans to live in.
