Helmer is remarkably rigorous; I think the only weak point in this book is the chapter on Process Power. Probably the only section where I have something to contribute:

A corollary: an internet writer who argues that you can use Process Power in a non-manufacturing company probably doesn't understand what Helmer is trying to say.

Doing justice to the equations at the end of every chapter. :-) There's a huge amount of nuance captured in those equations, and I want to make it as readable as possible.
