I think it’s worth noting that Amazon stopped doing two pizza teams, and regarded it an early iteration. They now do something called ‘single threaded leaders’.

Also worth noting: two pizza teams were a solution for a *very* specific problem: Bezos wanted to increase parallel execution, bc too many teams depended on too many other teams to do work. His solution: turn everything into a service/API; while experimenting with 2PT.
