To make it doubly effective, I don't allow myself to use any of my old throws. So I'm effectively back down to a yellow belt all over again. 80% of my attacks fail or get countered. It's great.

Heh, I just messaged a competition oriented judo coach that “I think I’m feeling my age, I’m not as explosive, I keep getting thrown a lot” and he retorted “Your problem is your gripping not your age.” 😅🥋 Humbling in more ways than one!
