I mean, seriously. Turn off your phone, stop multitasking, and just *watch*. Take notes. Most importantly, try and really grok her worldview.
That worldview is the worldview you want if you want to be good at marketing — regardless of what form of marketing you do.

Haha omg that video is an oldie (about 10 years old I think)!! They didn't warn me they were going to film it and it was supposed to be an interactive thing (it wasn't). I still get emails about that one though - people ask me for the spreadsheet!

i am allergic to most marketing & positioning books but I make an exception for Obviously Awesome. i wish all business writing had April’s level of concision and pragmatism
