The rare simplifiers in those fields you do know and meet are those who work to overcome their propensity to complexify.

Some people are simplifiers. Others are complexifiers. There’s a spectrum. When I work together with people, they either help me to simplify, hone, and focus our effort, or is the result more ideas, more features, more stuff. I prefer working with simplifiers.
