To me, “logging in” or “out” would be about awareness but we could map what that means. People may be physically co-present but are they “logged in”?

FWIW, there's an entire field of study called Naturalistic Decision Making that specialises in extracting tacit knowledge from the heads of experts, and turning that into training programs.
