Finance: Who is the Ben Thompson () / Byrne Hobart () / Matt Levine () of crypto?
Tech: Who is the Morning Paper (blog.acolyer.org) of crypto?
Not sure if this helps, but ethereum founder has a blog and discusses low and high level about crypto
