I'm trying to commit to working from cafes when motivation dips. (It's possible to do so here in Singapore; F&B outlets have safe distancing rules.)
One thing I'm quickly learning: writing tasks get done quicker on one screen. Programming tasks get done quicker on multiple.

"programming quicker on multiple screens"
Huh? How? To use multiple screens you either need to take the time to move the mouse to the other monitor. That's never felt worth it to me.

Oh, I could get on board with that.
How to focus on the app in the other window?

I know you’re not on Mac, but we have cmd+tab and cmd+~, and what I do is I have different spaces for different tasks so the windowing area doesn’t get too cluttered.
