I think an actionable first step of my series might be: read part 2, and then apply it by asking someone to show you their process.
Watch out for their cues, expectancies, priorities and action scripts!
Finally, attempt to copy them.

- analysis/review is almost as important as taking action.
- to accelerate your learning, you should hire a (good) coach/mentor.
