One meta pattern for my writing seems to be:
1) Learn about an influencer obsession. (First principles, deliberate practice, mental models).
2) Attempt to actually put it to practice.
3) Realise that it doesn’t work, or that there are limitations.
4) Write it up.

You should just read the influencer opinions that work in all cases instead of the ones that don't.
