In the field of Management, do you have a system or places you go to go read papers over articles ?

I don't actually read papers for management, since the field isn't set up for good research! (Organisational behaviour, on the other hand, is a branch of psychology that I've found repeatedly useful for management ...)
I have been a follower of Adam Grant’s podcast and his musing on Organisational behaviour. Recently reading the Uncertainty mindset from Vaughn Tan. Are there any favourites , you could share?
