A flaw, perhaps, but every time I observe someone denying the existence of tacit knowledge in the wild, a small voice at the back of my head goes: “have you ever gotten good at anything in your life?”

What... does it look like to deny the existence of tacit knowledge? Hard for me to imagine.
OTOH, seems like multiple fields had to recognize the folly of at least "abstracting away" tacit knowledge (expert systems, knowledge management, learning, etc.), so maybe not that crazy.
